“She’s Already Named on My Account. What Else Do I Need?”

Think twice about putting someone on your bank account. Naming someone as a co-owner on your bank account increases the chance your account will be levied upon or frozen by a creditor.  You can accompish the same goals by having a good Durable Power of Attorney, pay on death designation, or revocable living trust.  Call us at 210-320-8800 or 575-430-2353 if you would like us to evaluate whether your accounts are titled correctly.
